How long until my order ships?
Every shirt is printed after you order it, so there is a short production window before anything moves. Orders are printed and packed within 2 to 7 business days, and most leave inside the first few days of that. You will get a tracking email the moment it ships.
How much is shipping, and where do you ship?
Shipping is a flat rate and it is calculated at checkout before you pay. Standard shipping inside the United States is $4.75 and express is $9.99. We also ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Brazil at flat regional rates.
What kind of shirt do you print on?
A garment-dyed heavyweight cotton tee with a relaxed fit. The colour is dyed into the finished shirt rather than the yarn, which is why it fades slowly and evenly instead of going patchy at the seams.
How do I pick a size?
The fit is relaxed and runs true to size for most people, so your usual size is normally right. If you prefer something closer to the body, size down. Every product page has a size chart with the exact measurements.
How should I wash it so the print lasts?
Cold wash inside out, then tumble dry low or hang it. Skip the bleach and do not iron directly over the graphic. Treated that way the print will outlast most of what is already in your drawer.
Can I change my address or cancel after ordering?
Email us straight away with your name and order number. Once a shirt enters production the address is locked and we cannot pull it back, so the sooner you write the better your odds.
What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?
Send us a photo and your order number within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full. You will not be asked to pay return postage when the mistake is ours.
Can I return something that just is not right?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to send back anything unworn and unwashed with the tags still on. Email us first and we will send you the instructions.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If the link is not updating or something looks off, email us with your order number and we will chase the carrier for you.
Will you sell anything besides t-shirts?
T-shirts are the entire catalogue for now. Hoodies, mugs and stickers are on the table once we see which designs people actually reach for.
Where does the name come from?
Lawrence and Western is an intersection. That is the whole story, and it is the same logic behind every design on the site.
How quickly do you answer messages?
We work through messages in the order they arrive and usually reply within one business day.
